This naturally processed coffee from Tanzania's Southern Highlands comes from the Umalila Mbeya cooperative, which originally produced coffee without a washing station before acquiring their first wet mill in 2021 after growing to harvest volumes of 70 tons. Today they follow a structured workflow producing both washed and natural high-quality coffees. The cup offers something new and delightful with notes of dried raspberry, dark honey, and sweet plum.
