Colombia Panorama #2 By Arbey Cardozo
Roaster notes
This washed coffee from Arbey Cardozo's Panorama farm in Huila, Colombia, comes from a family of coffee farmers—Arbey is the son of Javier Cardozo. At La Cabaña, cherries are carefully picked every 15 days, then transported to Javier's wet mill where they ferment for 36 hours before being washed and dried on covered raised beds at altitudes between 1400-2000 meters. Javier primarily cultivates Castillo and Colombia varieties, resulting in a cup with notes of hazelnut, dark chocolate, and pear.
