Colombia El Paraiso Cofermentert

Roaster notes

Finca El Paraiso is located in the municipality of Piendamo in Colombia's Cauca region, where a climate of humidity and regular Pacific winds imparts tropical character to the coffee. This anaerobically co-fermented Bourbon lot offers an elegant acidity with medium sweetness and a juicy mouthfeel. The cup reveals notes of passion fruit, lychee, sweet peach, pineapple, and black tea.
