Sourced from the Gitoki washing station in Rwanda’s Gatsibo district, this fully washed coffee is cultivated at high altitudes between 1500 and 1800 meters. The careful hand-picking and controlled fermentation yield a clean, precise cup that balances African clarity with deeper undertones. Bright notes of dried apricot and redcurrant lead the palate, while a rich cocoa base provides structure and depth to this refined filter coffee.
