This coffee comes from Finca Altamira in El Salvador's Ilamatepec region, locally known as "the golden belt" for its near-ideal growing conditions. Volcanic soil with fine-sandy structure and naturally high phosphorus and potassium content self-fertilizes the land, while approximately 3000mm of annual rainfall and elevations between 1200–1600 meters above sea level ensure consistent quality season after season. Bourbon and Pacas varieties thrive here, producing a cup with notes of persimmon, red apple, a hint of mango, and rounded caramel sweetness.
