Ana Albir took over management of Finca Las Hortensias from her father in 2014, continuing a family legacy that began when he purchased the farm in 1992. Located in Nicaragua's Dipilto region—home to the country's first coffee origin certification—the farm benefits from a unique microclimate and balanced ecosystem that gives this natural-processed Catuai its authentic character. Ana prioritizes environmental protection and sustainable farming while pursuing the highest quality.
