A carefully curated multi-farm lot from the eastern Andes of Colombia's Cundinamarca department. This coffee supports over 150 local families through the NEIGHBORS & CROPS sustainable production program, bringing welfare to producers who have faced economic challenges in the region. The beans were hand-picked by LA PALMA & EL TUCÁN's professionally trained picking team following strict cherry selection parameters. Fermented aerobically for 19 hours and 20 minutes, then dried using both natural sun-drying and mechanical methods. This exceptional lot achieved a cupping score of 88 points.
