Sourced through The Coffee Quest, it comes from smallholder farmers living high in the Bombe mountains who deliver their harvest to Daye Bensa's washing station. The cup delivers a clean, tea-like character with lively lemon acidity, sticky caramel sweetness, and delicate floral notes that make it particularly well-suited for Aeropress preparation.
