Indonesië Sulawesi Wet-hulled Toraja Kalossi
Roaster notes
This coffee comes from small-scale farmers in and around the village of Kalossi in the Toraja region of Sulawesi, Indonesia. The beans are wet-hulled shortly after picking—a traditional method where skin and pulp are removed within 48 hours while the beans remain moist—giving this coffee its characteristic earthy flavor and distinctive blue-green appearance. It offers a thick, syrupy body with an earthy aroma, featuring cedar wood, spices, and chocolate on the palate, finishing soft thanks to very low acidity.
