Named Tz'ikin after a Maya spirit animal that protects the land, this blend comes from small farmers in Huehuetenango's high-altitude microclimate where hot air from Mexico meets cool mountain air. These unique conditions create sparkling acids and characteristic fruit flavors. Inspired by Tz'ikin's protective qualities, this coffee supports education programs for children of migrant workers who travel with their families during harvest season.
