Roaster notes

Starring in this bean mix is a Guatemalan SHB coffee which grows in the northern highlands of Guatemala, where arabica coffees are growing at over 1350 m.a.s.l. - which is a perfect growing height for gourmet coffee. Typical for this variety is citric acidity. In this coffee you can taste a multiplex fruity aroma and smooth chocolate. Medium body gives posture and mouthfeel to a well balanced coffee.  100% Arabica Country of origin: Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Peru Process: Washed SCA: 86 Flavour: Citric acidity, chocolate and fruit Body: Medium rich
