This co-fermented coffee from Finca La Reserva in Colombia's Antioquia region delivers an incredibly creamy cup with abundant tropical fruit character. Lychee was added to the fermentation tank alongside the ripe cherries, creating a super silky profile with clean flavors of lychee and raspberry cream. The anaerobic process yields a balanced, multi-layered cup with floral sweetness and a juicy, velvety mouthfeel.
