This rare Sidra variety from Peru's northern highlands grows at approximately 1,800 meters on Finca El Romerillo in the Chirinos region of Cajamarca. Similar to Gesha, this distinctive varietal offers floral notes with hints of flower honey, ripe mirabelle plum, and fresh lemon zest—spritzy yet soft and sweet with a light, tea-like mouthfeel that leaves a clean, aromatic finish. The classic washed preparation highlights the coffee's delicate body and well-integrated bright acidity.
