This washed coffee from Bolivia comes from San Lorenzo farm in the Caranavi region of La Paz department, owned by producer Roxana Chambi. The Catuai variety is carefully handpicked at peak ripeness and sun-dried to optimal moisture content before undergoing traditional washing—where cherries are sorted, depulped, fermented, and dried on-farm for approximately two weeks. Grown at around 1,550 meters in Bolivia's most renowned coffee region, this lot reflects the unique character of its Andean terroir with fresh and elegant qualities.
