Inspired by the James Hoffmann project's demonstration that careful decaffeination can yield exceptional coffees, we partnered with Forest Coffee to create this unique offering. Brothers Shady and Elias, who also crafted our Guava Banana and Papayo Paradise lots, applied their expertise to decaffeinate this Black Condor lot from Colombia's Tolima region. The result is a full-bodied coffee with a layered flavor profile featuring notes of cocoa, maple syrup, and marzipan—unparalleled in both quality and taste for a decaf single origin.
