Guatemala Todosantarita
Roaster notes
This specialty coffee hails from San Antonio Huista on the slopes of Guatemala's Sierra de los Cuchumatanes—the highest non-volcanic mountain range in Central America—where countless microclimates across rolling hills and valleys shape its character. After a 24-hour fermentation that imparts fruitiness, the beans are washed and sun-dried for 48 to 60 hours on terraces. The result is an accessible yet distinctive cup featuring milk chocolate sweetness balanced with orange and peach notes, finishing with hints of vanilla and date alongside a medium body.
