Using organic practices and agroforestry to build soil resilience, Khalid produces a clean, elegant cup with delicate stone fruit notes, honey-like sweetness, and soft chamomile florals. The result is a velvety, floral Ethiopian coffee that showcases the refined character of washed processing from this small-scale producer.
