Tracon is a coffee sourced from various farms in Ethiopia's Guji region—formerly part of the larger Sidamo area before it was divided into smaller regions. The high elevation and cooler climate allow cherries to ripen slowly, developing an exceptionally rich, fruity flavor profile. Processed using the traditional wash method, this light roast delivers the classic Ethiopian cup.
