Sourced from various farms in Ethiopia’s Guji region, formerly part of the larger Sidamo area, this coffee benefits from a high-altitude climate that allows cherries to ripen slowly for exceptional depth. Processed using traditional washed methods, it delivers a classic Ethiopian profile with vibrant fruit notes and light roast character. This lot also supports Ukrainian importers as part of an initiative to aid Ukraine.
