Capadocia
Roaster notes
Grown in Brazil's Mantiqueira de Minas region—now considered one of the country's finest coffee areas—this lot comes from farmer Augusto, who defied his father's doubts about farming to focus on quality improvement and win multiple prizes. After harvest, the cherries undergo a natural fermentation for 48 hours, resulting in a bright cup with notes of raisin, fig, and almond—an expressive Brazilian coffee that surprises all who taste it.
