Nicaragua Esmeralda

Roaster notes

This washed coffee from Nicaragua's Esmeralda region in Jinotega grows at 1,250–1,350 meters above sea level, where moderate climate and mineral-rich soils allow slow cherry maturation for clarity and depth. The Catuai and Parainema varieties deliver a balanced cup with caramel sweetness, fresh citrus notes, and fine chocolate. Sourced from a community of 45 small producers who selectively hand-pick only ripe red cherries during the November–March harvest season.
