From Rwanda's Nyabihu region, this washed Bourbon comes from The Shyira Washing Station, built in 2017 at 2000 metres above sea level. Collecting cherry from producers living as high as 2400 masl with plentiful water access from a river running through its base, the station produces clean, vibrant coffee with stone fruit sweetness and sparkling citrus acidity—a beautiful representation of this region's finest.
