Produced by Luz Helena Salazar on her Maracay farm in Colombia's Quindio region, this Gesha coffee begins with selective harvesting of only the ripest cherries. After meticulous hand-sorting, the cherries undergo a 30-hour underwater fermentation at Cofinet's La Pradera processing center—a calibrated process that enhances sweetness and complexity. The result is a crisp, lively cup with vibrant strawberry notes, an elderflower cordial-like sweetness, and heady floral aromas that linger long after the final sip.
