Roaster notes

Finca Santa Elisa Pachup sits on the western slopes of Guatemala's Acatenango and Fuego volcanoes near San Pedro Yepocapa. This expansive estate has been refurbished after a period of low production, with cherries carefully washed at Beneficio La Esperanza to remove volcanic ash from the active Fuego volcano nearby. The Marsellesa-Sarchimor variety yields a refined cup with notes of honeydew, kiwi, and red apple.
