Sourced from the cool limestone slopes of Sierra de las Minas in El Progreso, this light roast espresso highlights the collaborative work of local smallholders and Los Volcanoes Coffee. The washed process yields a clean cup defined by ripe pear and red apple notes, supported by crisp malic acidity and gentle dried-fruit sweetness. It delivers a silky texture with clear fruit character that remains poised whether enjoyed straight or with milk.
