This high-altitude coffee hails from the mountain sides of Huila, Colombia, offering a bright and vibrant cup brimming with the sweetness of raspberries. San Sebastian is produced by dedicated smallholder members of OCCICAFE in La Plata, who process their coffee on covered patios before delivering beans to the association's lab for classification—only lots surpassing 85 points are selected. The result is a sweet, vibrant espresso that also pairs nicely with milk.
