Finca Las Flores began in 1990 as a family project, growing from two hectares into a 16-hectare farm focused on quality and innovation. This lot is part of an experimental series featuring washed cherry oxidation—24 hours of oxidation followed by 60 hours of fermentation—creating a cup with bright mandarin, strawberry, raspberry, floral, and watermelon notes.
