This coffee comes from the Buncho Washing Station in Shantawene village, high in Sidama's mountains where over 800 farmers deliver their cherries. The red honey process preserves the mucilage as beans dry on raised African tables for 12-15 days, creating a cup with bright blood orange and elderflower notes balanced by natural sweetness.
