This decaffeinated espresso roast comes from small family farms in the mountains of Santander, one of Colombia's oldest coffee regions. Grown at elevations between 1,300 and 1,750 meters, this washed-process coffee delivers a sweet cup with bright lemon notes and dark chocolate undertones. The natural ethyl acetate decaffeination process preserves the clean, full flavor while removing over 97% of caffeine.
