LAS NUBES is a classic Costa Rican filter coffee from the Tarrazú region, grown at approximately 1,900 meters above Santa María de Dota on the highest farm of the Mata family. This washed Caturra is selectively hand-picked and processed entirely on-site, with drying on raised beds under shade followed by precise mechanical finishing for optimal stability. The cup offers a balanced, medium-bodied acidity with winey character, nutty sweetness, and aromatics of dried red grape and light nougat, finishing with notes of Rooibos and subtle caramelization that linger without astringency.
