Los Altares is a farm in Palencia, east of Guatemala City, owned by Guadalupe Alberto "Beto" Reyes, who served as mayor before growing coffee since 2012. His work helped put this previously unknown region on Guatemala's coffee map. This honey-processed Caturra offers sweet notes of candyfloss and white sugar with a nougat-like mouthfeel and bright pineapple acidity.
