This natural-processed Red Bourbon from Rwanda's Huye region is grown sustainably at 1,750 meters with organic mulch and shade-providing fruit trees. Only the ripest cherries are hand-picked and gently dried over 38 days on raised beds for even drying. The result is a clear, lively coffee with harmonious sweetness, creamy full body, and flavors of blueberry and blackcurrant.
