This Rwanda Kinazi hails from the Huye region in southwestern Rwanda, where it is processed at the Kinazi Washing Station. Grown sustainably at 1,750 meters with organic mulch and shade-providing fruit trees, only the ripest cherries are hand-picked and gently dried over 38 days on raised beds. The result is a clear, lively coffee with creamy full body, harmonious sweetness, and aromas of blueberry and blackcurrant.
