Bali Kintamani
Roaster notes
This natural-processed Arabica from Bali's volcanic slopes grows in the village of Dausa at 1,380 meters, cultivated by the Subak Padang Payung cooperative according to the Balinese philosophy of harmony between humans, nature, and the divine. The cherries are slowly dried over sixteen days in mountain air, creating a lively cup where bright mandarin and juicy papaya meet creamy sweetness with raisin notes, finished by a silky mouthfeel and subtle rum undertones.
