Bruges Blend is our signature specialty coffee blend, freshly roasted in Bruges and crafted for consistency, balance and everyday enjoyment. By combining Fazenda Matão from Brazil with Yana Misi from Colombia, we create a smooth and approachable coffee with a creamy body, natural sweetness and just a little more intensity than our single origin coffees. The result is a balanced cup that is easy to enjoy while still showcasing the quality and character of specialty coffee. Developed to perform exceptionally well in fully automatic coffee machines, Bruges Blend also shines as an espresso or in milk-based drinks. It is a reliable everyday coffee with more depth and personality than a typical commercial blend.
