This exclusive nano-lot comes from Elora Washing Station in Ethiopia's Sidama region at 2400 meters altitude. Produced by Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene through their Elto Coffee project, it features the 74158 variety processed using an anaerobic washed method. The couple works closely with smallholder farmers to carefully select ripe cherries, creating coffee that showcases the remarkable clarity and complexity of Sidama's terroir.
