Established in 2003 with 191 members, the Iyenga coffee farmer cooperative operates within the fertile Songwe region of Tanzania, where local farmers traditionally employ a sustainable intercropping system alongside food crops like bananas and beans to maintain soil health. Through a strategic partnership with Taylor Winch Tanzania, the cooperative has modernised its infrastructure with an eco depulper and wet mill to ensure rigorous quality control.
