This limited-release coffee is one of the first lots from a new estate partnered with Cata Export in Colombia's Pitalito region. The Pink Bourbon variety undergoes anaerobic natural processing, yielding a super creamy and indulgent cup that evokes forest fruit gelato blended with vanilla yoghurt and finished with brown sugar—rich and playful on the palate.
