Roaster notes

This coffee comes from the Asman Gayo mill in Pegasing district of Takengon, Sumatra's Aceh region, run by Cup of Excellence winner Asman Arianto. Several years ago, these producers were dislocated from their homes due to a natural disaster and have since rebuilt with renewed focus on coffee. The cup is sweet with notes of cocoa nibs, ripe pineapple and Rooibos tea.
