This coffee comes from the Shale washing station near Worka, where nearly 1,500 smallholder farmers handpick cherries throughout the harvest season. Grown on small family plots without fertilizers or pesticides, this coffee is as pure as it gets — a true reflection of its terroir. Expect a sweet cup with a graceful balance of fruit and floral elegance, featuring notes of pear, grapefruit, and black tea.
