250 grams of whole roasted coffee beans. This coffee comes from the Shale washing station near Worka, where nearly 1,500 smallholder farmers handpicked cherries throughout the harvest season. Grown on small family plots without fertilizers or pesticides, this coffee is as pure as it gets — a true reflection of its terroir. Once delivered, the cherries are carefully sorted, weighed, and processed the traditional way, then dried slowly on raised beds to develop their signature character. Expect a sweet cup with a graceful balance of fruit and floral elegance.
