Roaster notes

Grown in Papua New Guinea's Wahgi Valley on rich volcanic soils, this coffee comes from the historic Sigri plantation established in the 1950s. The cherries are hand-picked and washed before being dried naturally, preserving the delicate character of Typica and Arusha varieties. A medium roast brings out warm notes of toast, biscuit, and maple syrup with a smooth, lingering finish.
