This Honduras High Grown coffee comes from the Copán department in western Honduras, where it is cultivated between 1,000 and 1,250 meters altitude. The cool mountain winds, cold nights, and forest shade allow the coffee cherries to develop slowly and gently, preserving delicate aromas that would be lost at lower elevations. Hand-picked with multiple passes and washed in clear water, this organic coffee delivers a robust cup with beautiful roundness and pleasant notes of caramel and chocolate.
