This washed Gesha from Panama's Elida Estate offers a fresh, fruity acidity bursting with florals and vibrant aromatics. Cultivated within Volcan Baru National Park at altitudes between 1,700 and 1,950 MASL, the coffee benefits from cool temperatures and rich volcanic soils that slow ripening and develop exceptional sweetness and complexity. Hand-picked at peak ripeness, the cherries undergo careful fermentation in the cool mountain air before being washed and slowly dried on raised beds to reveal the purity of this distinctive variety.
