From Turrialba, Costa Rica's Aquiares Estate comes this Limited Release Rare series offering featuring the Centroamericano F1 hybrid variety. Through anaerobic natural processing where cherries are washed but not de-pulped then fermented in oxygen-reduced tanks for 24 hours, Diego Robelo and his team have crafted a sparkling, fruit-forward cup that showcases their pioneering work in Central American specialty coffee.
