This half-caf blend combines washed coffees from Huila and Cauca with a natural sugar cane decaf to deliver balanced energy without excessive caffeine. Sourced from smallholder farmers who dry their beans at Jesús Volvera’s facility, the mix features Caturra, Castillo, Colombia, and Typica varieties. The cup offers smooth notes of almond, raw cane sugar, hazelnut, and berries.
