Café Sofía Espresso Roast is a Colombian blend combining arabica varieties from Antioquia, Risaralda, and Valle del Cauca regions at 1,500 meters altitude. The washed coffees are processed through Santa Teresita mill where they undergo quality testing, grading, and sorting before being roasted to deliver notes of milk caramel, mandarin, creamy toffee, and chocolate chip cookie.
