This single-origin Arabica from Minas Gerais, Brazil, offers a subtle and soft cup with just enough character to engage. Grown at 1100 meters on the Capim Branco & São Silvestre farms, these Yellow and Red Catuaí beans are naturally processed, dried in the sun within their fruit. The result is a round-bodied coffee with gentle sweetness of milk chocolate, hints of roasted hazelnut, and a fresh note of red apple—balanced acidity leading to a full finish that appeals to both newcomers and connoisseurs alike.
