Roaster notes

This Ethiopian single origin comes from the Koke Kooperative in the heart of the renowned Yirgacheffe region, where coffee cherries are hand-picked and carefully processed at their washing station before being sun-dried with regular turning. Grown traditionally in shaded forest gardens at 1980 meters altitude, this washed Arabica develops a mild, harmonious cup with prominent berry notes complemented by subtle vanilla undertones. The cooperative represents approximately 1,200 farmers and invests in local community improvements including school renovations while maintaining traceability from harvest through processing.
