Bloom
Roaster notes
This year's Bloom Coffee comes from Tigst Boru, a dedicated woman farmer from Beloya village in the Kochere district of Gedeo zone, Ethiopia, close to Yirgacheffe. At 1,705 meters above sea level, she cultivates heirloom Arabica varieties under native shade trees. The coffee is carefully washed, fermented for 36 hours and sun-dried on raised African beds, producing a clean cup using traditional Ethiopian methods with bright floral notes of blood orange, delicate rose and rich manuka honey.
