This coffee comes from hundreds of smallholder members of the Thiririka Farmers Cooperative Society in Kiambu, Kenya. Cherries are sorted at cooperative factories before dry fermentation, washing and grading in channels, then drying on raised beds. The cup delivers a vibrant character with notes of hibiscus, jammy berries, and blackberry.
