Roaster notes

Sourced from the Thiririka Farmers Cooperative Society in Kenya’s Kiambu region, this coffee represents the collective effort of hundreds of smallholder members. The cherries are carefully sorted before undergoing dry fermentation, followed by washing and grading in channels, and finally dried on raised beds to preserve quality. This meticulous process yields a vibrant cup characterized by jammy blackberry sweetness and bright hibiscus acidity.
