Colombie BIO

Roaster notes

This single-origin Colombian coffee from the Serrania del Perija region offers notes of vanilla, caramel, and dark chocolate. Grown at altitudes between 1200 and 2000 meters by the Café entre Sierra association in Northern Colombia's Valle del Cesar, this washed Castillo variety is produced largely by women who benefit from micro-credit programs and educational support for their children. The coffee carries Forest Coffee certification, ensuring biodiversity protection throughout its cultivation.
